DEFAULTS

We very much love our customers and want to help any way we can. But we are also a small business. We plan our sales into our weekly budget. I causes us big problems if one or two orders we have worked on for a week aren't completed. We understand things happen, If you have an emergency call us as soon as you can so we can shift gears. Plenty of that happens in my world too so I definitely understand. If you order a knife, and 72 hours after you are informed your order is complete it is not paid for, it will be listed for sale and your deposit not refunded..

I will do my best to make sure nothing leaves the shop with issues. But I am human. If you have a problem with your knife contact me as soon as you discover it and I will do my best to correct it.

Warranty: products are warrantied for the life of the maker against material defects or workmanship. If you disassemble, modify or abuse (my definition of abuse is fairly liberal) the knife in any manner the warranty is void and you assume all responsibility for the product and its issues. Warranty work is at the sole discretion of the maker as are the types of repair work or the cost to the customer. Return shipping is usually required by may be waived at the discretion of the maker. purchase of the knife constitutes acceptance of these terms.
